Over the years we have worked with some great companies to provide coffee to their clients.
We support corporate events, product launches, film locations, video and photo shoots and much more, If required the van can be rebranded to suit the client (subject to quotation)

It all started with a pop-up coffee cart and he is still going strong in Croyde after 13 years which has now evolve into on-line sales, a coffee roaster and a mobile facility for events.

We are licensed with two local authorities and fully insured with Public Liability cover, we are self-sufficient with our own onboard generator and water tank, fridge and re-heat oven if required, we can tailor individual packages to suit your needs and budgets.
We supply our own hand-roasted coffee, offer excellent Barista skills and will integrate with your needs on the day (s).

Things to consider when booking Croyde Coffee
1. Vehicle Size and Look:
Depending on where you want the van, you may need to consider the size a mobile coffee van. Ask for dimensions and discuss if there is a very tight space to get into. This isn’t something you need to think about if you are in an open field but in a small, confined space like a wedding marquee and you may struggle with some coffee vans. Most people like a coffee cart to look good so make sure you check out pictures on the website and social media feeds.
2. Product Range:
We serve fantastic coffee which is roasted by ourselves with love and care and a full range of teas, soft drinks, snacks and hot chocolate. We are friendly and are focused on helping the event be memorable for all the right reasons.
3. Power and water requirements:
We prefer to have a water supply and a electric hookup, we do however have a large 90 LTR water tank and a very good fuel efficient Diesel generator onboard which is quiet (Sound 66 dB(A) Readings at 10 ft (3 m) half load) You need to satisfy yourself on the location of the Truck within your event plan and that the level of decibels omitted output to ensure you are comfortable with it running in the background, No generator will be used if we have access to a good quality electric hook up.
4. Price:
Cost is always important and it helps to give us a full brief. The date, timings of service, how many guests or attendees you’re expecting, what products you’d like to be available and also whether you want to pay for the hire and your guests receive free drinks which is our preferred option or if you want people to pay individually (subject to numbers) You’ll then receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.
5. Coffee:
Our coffee is superb, its a blend of Ugandan and Costa Rican beans, well sourced and fair-trade. Our Barista will be well trained and friendly, we will serve coffee/tea in 4oz espresso 8oz and 12oz cup sizes depending on drink requirements, we serve a range of oat/soya barista style milks gluten free. We can offer soft drinks and light snacks such as Slab Crisps, flapjacks, brownies etc subject to availability and notice.
